The attendee must ask for the CARL group rate at the time the reservation is made. The room rate is $129 single/double occupancy + applicable taxes. Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Tax Exempt Information

Those guests having the need for occupancy tax exemption during their stay will need to provide the following upon check-in:

  • Government issued picture identification card
  • Payment for room by government issued credit card
  • If a different form of payment will be used, then official government travel orders will need to be presented with the government issued identification card
  • The Front Desk agent will make copies of the govt ID and travel orders or card upon check-in
  • An exeption form or the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (std.236) will also need to be completed upon check-in, which the hotel should have at the front desk.
