The Huntington was founded in 1919 and opened to the public in 1928.
It is an oasis of gardens, art and cultural treasures. Its research
collections of manuscripts, rare books, sculptures, paintings and decorative
arts are known worldwide. Registration includes a boxed lunch on the
Grand Terrace, a private tour of the new research wing, and admission
