Mini-conference for IGs

• Do we want one? Generally yes
• Should VP & IG coordinators pick where & when? Good idea
• Have a librarian/student event (see above)

IGs in general

• Competition from other organizations a problem
• Tech Services ≠ better at CLA but more expensive to join
• Coordinators need to do personal follow-ups and get contacts
• Lunch tables at Asilomar
• Think about partnering in new ways
• On evaluations, ask about future programming ideas
• Standardized evaluation forms, put on web for everyone to use

• Want to go to 3 print issues a year to save money: OK with group
• Suggestions:
• Send to Calif Library schools
• Ask again if people ready to go to PDF only
• Go to HTML version (best idea)
