Policy on Use of Membership Mailing List

AFTER discussion at several Executive Board meetings in 1990 and 1991, the CARL Executive Board agreed that CARL's mailing list should be made available at cost on request to other professional organizations or similar non-profit groups to publicize programs, or for similiar purposes. The list should not be made available for recruiting or advertising.
As of late 1991, it is estimated that $15.00 will recover the labor and materials costs of a single run of the current mailing list, on label stock.
