Social Sciences Librarian, San Diego State University

SDSU Library seeks applications and nominations of a creative and dynamic individual for the position of Social Sciences Librarian and appointed at the Senior Assistant Librarian rank. The Social Sciences librarian serves as liaison and is responsible for collections, instruction, outreach and research consultations in selected social sciences departments. Subjects may include, but are not limited to, Anthropology, Special Education, Psychology and/or other related areas. SDSU is especially interested in candidates that can contribute to the experiences of underrepresented minorities. This position may be eligible for hire under the SDSU Building on Inclusive Excellence (BIE) that creates additional library faculty lines for candidates who meet certain criteria. Salary commensurate with experience and based on CSU Salary Schedule.
