The Meriam Library at California State University, Chico is seeking applications for an opening in our Building Management Unit.

Library Building Management manages the physical plant of the Meriam Library complex (Facility Operations); the Library Student Personnel Unit; the Stack Operations Unit, the Makerspace, and the Media & Microforms collections. The Assistant Facility Operations Coordinator acts as the weekend lead of Building Management and its sub-units, and provides support for the department and overall library operations. In addition, this position is responsible for the supervision of all library student employees during approximately 10 hours per week as the sole staff presence in the library. During these hours, the position is also responsible for the safety and security of the facility, acting as the primary contact to the public.
