About the Program
Are you feeling a bit overwhelmed? Many librarians are struggling with burnout and some are left with questions like: Are there other librarians who feel this way? How can I try to prevent feelings of burnout? How can I overcome burnout while I still have to work?
The SCIL 2021 Spring Program mini-conference, is your opportunity to hear about interventions, preventions and engage in discussions regarding academic librarian burnout. We will hear from Ana Guimaraes and Christina Holm as they present their research in a presentation entitled:
"Academic Librarian Burnout: Analysis of a Survey Using the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory"
